1. General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between cvvv6 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (the "Player", "you", "your") who registers an account or otherwise accesses or uses the services made available at cvvv6.net. By completing the registration process, accessing your account, placing a wager, or using any game or feature on the cvvv6 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

cvvv6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, cvvv6 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms regularly. The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the cvvv6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cvvv6. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

The cvvv6 platform is operated as an online sports betting and casino service designed for players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. All account balances, transactions, and promotional values are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To open a cvvv6 account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cvvv6 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw funds under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not already hold an active or suspended cvvv6 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of cvvv6, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

cvvv6 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Age and identity verification may be requested at any point during the registration process or prior to processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in your account being suspended until the verification is complete.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any balance held in that account, including any deposits made, will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible. Winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited entirely.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the cvvv6 platform you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. cvvv6 relies on the information you provide to identify you, process your transactions, and communicate with you. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cvvv6 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cvvv6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify cvvv6 immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.2 Accurate Personal Information

All personal details you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — must be accurate and consistent with the identification documents you hold. If your personal details change after registration (for example, if you move to a new address), you are required to update your account information promptly. cvvv6 reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any time.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one cvvv6 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where cvvv6 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be voided. Deposits held in duplicate accounts will be returned to the verified payment source where possible.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cvvv6 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvvv6 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and bank transfers via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on cvvv6 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cvvv6, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cvvv6 account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account balance.

cvvv6 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and your account may be subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to any identity verification requirements being satisfied. cvvv6 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal where it deems this necessary for security, anti-fraud, or responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method in your name may be used. cvvv6 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawal processing, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Failed or Reversed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment account but before they are credited to your cvvv6 balance, please contact support immediately with your transaction reference number. cvvv6 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit your account accordingly. cvvv6 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider's systems or network issues outside cvvv6's direct control.

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

cvvv6 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's cricket calendar and major festivals such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your cvvv6 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms page. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are ring-fenced from your real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the relevant promotion's terms page.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only unless the promotion's terms explicitly state that it is a recurring offer. Attempting to claim a one-time offer multiple times — through duplicate accounts, shared devices, shared payment methods, or any other means — constitutes bonus abuse. cvvv6 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if bonus abuse is detected, and to close the accounts involved.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the promotion's individual terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5.4 cvvv6's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

cvvv6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively meeting its wagering requirement will not have the terms of that specific bonus altered mid-cycle.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the cvvv6 platform. Sport-specific rules and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until cvvv6's system has accepted and confirmed it. In the event of a technical fault, communication error, or platform outage during the bet placement process, cvvv6 reserves the right to void any bet that was not properly confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds at which that bet will be settled, regardless of subsequent movement.

6.2 Obvious Errors

cvvv6 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the odds and prices published on the platform are accurate. However, where an obvious error occurs — for example, where odds are published at a price that is clearly incorrect due to a human or system error — cvvv6 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds. cvvv6 will notify affected players and return their staked amounts in full.

6.3 Match and Event Cancellations

If a sporting event on which bets have been placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market has been settled, cvvv6's standard void and refund policy applies. The specific treatment of each market type (e.g., pre-match full-time result versus in-play markets already settled) is set out in the sport-specific rules published on the platform. In general, bets on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 RNG and Live Casino Fairness

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on cvvv6 — including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are certified by the respective game providers for fair play and random outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those providers' own regulatory standards and game rules. cvvv6 does not manipulate the outcome of any RNG or live casino game.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the cvvv6 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance review, and permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or account use.
• Opening or operating more than one cvvv6 account simultaneously or across different time periods.
• Using the platform in any way that exploits technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the cvvv6 system.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed systematically to exploit promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that is not consistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of manual human interaction.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the cvvv6 platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cvvv6 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access another player's account or personal data without authorisation.

cvvv6 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity involving the platform. Where required by law, cvvv6 will disclose account information and transaction records to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by cvvv6

cvvv6 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the welfare of the player. During a suspension, access to all platform features — including deposits, withdrawals, and game play — will be restricted. cvvv6 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player where it is legally permitted to do so.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your cvvv6 account at any time by contacting the support team via in-app live chat or at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion. Real-money balances remaining in your account at the point of closure will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited on account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, cvvv6 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings rather than simply requesting a standard account closure. Self-exclusion applies a cooling-off period during which your account cannot be reopened, and during which cvvv6's system will flag and reject any attempt to register a new account using your personal details. 8.4 Effect of Account Closure on Pending Bets

Any bets placed before an account is suspended or closed will be settled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable sport-specific rules, regardless of the account status at the time of settlement. Winnings from bets settled after account closure will be processed for return to the player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.
